We do not collect payment information, browsing history, device identifiers, or any other personal data beyond what you submit in the booking form.

Your information is used for one purpose only: to pass your appointment request to the barber you selected. Specifically:

• Your name, requested service, and preferred time are sent to the barber you selected so they can prepare for your visit.
• Your phone number is shared with your selected barber so that they can contact you to confirm your appointment. It is not used to send you automated messages.
• We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond facilitating your booking.

Crown & Fade does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes. Period.

We may use third-party infrastructure services (such as our database and SMS notification provider) solely to operate the booking system. These providers act as processors on our behalf and are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver messages.
