Crown & Fade operates an online booking notification service that allows clients to submit appointment requests through this website. Submitting a request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment — it sends a notification to your selected barber, who will follow up to confirm availability.
Crown & Fade is an owner-operated barbershop located in Charlotte, NC. The booking service is operated directly by Crown & Fade and its barbers.
When you submit a booking request, your name, requested service, and preferred time — along with your phone number — are passed to the barber you selected so they can reach out and confirm your appointment. Crown & Fade does not send you any automated text messages.
By submitting your phone number through the booking form, you consent to being contacted by your selected barber about this booking. You are not signing up to receive SMS messages from Crown & Fade.
SMS Notifications (Staff)
Crown & Fade uses SMS to deliver booking requests to barbers. When a client submits an appointment request, the details are sent by text to the barber’s phone. Barbers consent in writing to receive these messages when they join the shop. Message frequency varies with booking volume. Message and data rates may apply. Barbers may reply STOP to stop receiving booking alerts, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a booking request. Providing a false name or phone number may result in your request being disregarded.
Submitting a booking request does not reserve a time slot or guarantee availability. Your barber will contact you to confirm whether the requested date and time can be accommodated. Crown & Fade reserves the right to decline or reschedule any appointment request.
The booking notification service is provided on an “as-is” basis. Crown & Fade is not liable for any failure to deliver SMS notifications due to carrier issues, incorrect phone numbers, or other factors outside our control. We are also not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this service.
Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Crown & Fade may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the booking service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
